Do we know when any of the undercard fights for the Casey fight in March be made. I wonder if they can get Dean Byrne over for a fight on this bill. Will be great for Byrne as it should well be a sell out. Heres hoping the undercard is a good one.

 

I would think dean Byrne is a banker to be on the show. I heard Luis Garcia is to get a live opponent and I would imagine all Gary Hydes young signings will get an outing.

 

Well timms v sweeny is confirmed , Byrne is fighting on the show the end of this month so I don't see why he won't be on the big one in march all going well hopefully Irish welterweight title maybe?, anybody no how much tickets are for the dolphil show at the end of jan?

Aldi has a special on boxing gloves today €12 I think it was 14 ounces I think the weight is. Got my nephew his first pair of boxing gloves and a small bag to hang up in his room. He is 11 , I think he wants to join a gym but wants to still play for his gaa football team so I dont know if he would last in a gym. He is getting knocked about on the pitch a bit by the bigger players so the brother wants to toughen him up a bit.

 

He'll be grand man! I played hurling for my club and dublin colleges teams while fighting for a good 6 or 7 years.. just got sick of getting a wrap on the knuckles with a hurl then going boxing. And the moving from minor to intermediate in hurling and also from youth to intermediate in boxing took its toll. At that age its less physical he'll be able to keep it up!

 

If the fight is on American TV it would be good for Dean to get on the televised undercard, he will prob be the best known in the US that will be on the undercard?
