i taught acosta and stpehn ormond would have been brought in for their hand speed
acosta has a slick fightin style which would be good sparrin for preparin to face rigo
i know griffin was quality back in the day but jaysus hes 39 now and hasnt faught in a couple of years at least

Now Paddy control your rush,as i have already explained to fenno his use of reflexes and counterpunching in the final was very impressive and guys Rigo is not going to run aroung the ring he uses his lightening reflexes to counter brilliantly.i forgive you though probably lack of food leading to the elite weigh ins has you a bit cranky.:D:D:D

Lads Joyce looked good in the first 2 rounds I think the Jet Lag might have had something to do with the loss.

Im looking forward to seeing his next fight

probably better to come across someone as slick as nevin and get the work in against him in sparring than waiting till he fights rigo to come up against that calibre, he may have to take a beating but will have to stand to him than not sparing any1 with rigo's style.

I tend to agree with this. It is a bit late for career building with Casey, big bang is on the fast track and he will need to bite hard on his gumshield and try and learn from the likes of Nevin or whoever else, as it will be no fun with rigo.
