tommys a good lad and he got diagnosed with that a few weeks ago and its a pretty serious thing so stfu ya bollocks about stuff u know **** all about? are ya a medical doctor?
I wonder if Matchroom will sign up Hyland after last nights win might be the start of Hyland getting his brothers a couple of fights in the UK. Last night could lead to a fight with Ryan Walsh 2 fighting families maybe even a undercard with Paul Hyland v Michael Walsh and Liam Walsh v Eddie Hyland. I would guess Sky would buy into that but would Warren risk putting his fighters in with the more seasoned Hylands.
some hilarious retorts on this thread the last couple of pages gayboy, little lady... **** is crackin me up here
There's quite a difference between the two. Craigavon and Lurgan is a much safer place for outsiders to travel too. Michael Kelly brought a fair amount of fans with him last time there was a show in that venue, without any hassle ensueing. You would be better driving to Lurgan, and staying overnight night there in a B&B, it would be much cheaper overall. There's some decent bars and nightclubs in the area, so there's plenty to do after the fights. Along with Haughian v Thomas, Osin ***an, Dee Taggart, Jamie Conlon, Ryan Greene are boxing also, with Marc McCullough and Paul Quinn making their debuts on the show. I think it's important that this show at least breaks even, as the promoter David Murphy is hopeful of running more shows in that area. This show and the Hyland and Alio promotions look like good cards. I hope they are well attended. It's important as boxing fans that we turn up at these shows, and not just yak about them on the internet.
You're missing one key factor there Ardy lad. There's a dirty young wan living in this neck of the woods that I'm sure Mush wouldn't mind paying a visit rather than staying over in a B&B
IPBA are supposed to be running one in June aswell arent they,Jesus like buses,All we can do is get to as many as we can,all small hall shows need our support.
Yep, I agree with Ardy. You are better off staying overnight in Lurgan. I would recommend The Ashburn Hotel - it is about £40 for a single room and 60+for a twin/double if you are sharing. The Courthouse Bar is good for a few beers and across the road from the Ashburn. If you are coming up from Dublin on the train. Get off at Portadown station and then catch the local train to Lurgan (only one stop away). You walk to the Ashburn. And the get a taxi to Craigavon for the fight (only about 2 or 3 miles away). Are you staying over Ardy?
Jaysus John Candy would be proud of that Gasman. Planes, trains and automobiles! Cheers for the heads up
Slappie is hoping to put a package togather for Macklin, I will look at that before I totally commit to Craigavon. But the chances are I won't be going to Germany, so in that case I will then definately be going to Craigavon. Most likely one of my brothers will drive, so I can have a drink and be home at a reasonable hour. Do you know of David Murphy ? To Bambam : It's well for some, if he can latch on to some young girl for the night, but to be on the safe side [as this is the pious north] Tony might be better making alternative arrangements for accommadation.
