According to Frampton here he is supposed to be fighting on the undercard a the york hall on saturday. 3.40mins in.

That interview was before Xmas though. Eamonn was involved in a car accident a few months back, so I'm not sure how realistic it was for him to be boxing again by Jan. He was being touted as possibly being on the Paddys day card in NY. Although I'm almost sure Eddie Hearn said this was unlikely, as he hasn't had enough exposure yet. If all else fails, he will be on the Dudey undercard in April at least
