Does anyone know when Lindsay will fight Appleby, and will it be in Belfast. I have seen Appleby box, hes pretty good, powerful. That would be worth traveling to Belfast.
DERRY MATTHEWS SUFFERED BROKEN HAND, NOSE AND EYESOCKET http://www.**************/news/derry-matthews-suffered-broken-hand-nose-and-eye-socket_691.html
Ardy - what did you think of Martin's performance? It was the first time that I saw him box. For the first 2 or 3 rounds his timing seemed to be way off. After that he came more into the fight. Even though he had obviously landed some telling blows on Matthews prior to the knockout I felt if it went the distance he could have lost the decision. Interested in your thoughts.

In addition to the Lindsay interview I will have one with Hugh Russell and the review of Matt's book up tonight on irish-boxing.com!!
that division zipper....is stacked with talent...could dunne beat 1 of these guys...its unlikey...he should set his stall out 4 munroe...he has a good chance against the binman...a european title is as far as dunne can go imo:good

Thanks Cormac, but does Martin plan to fight in Ireland any time soon.I think he should try and get the British title fight for Belfast.
He's a very cool sort of lad. Seems to go with the flow and believes his team will make the right decisions for him. I think it would be wise for Haye to put that fight on in Belfast as it would sell - maybe even for the reopening of the Ulster Hall - how good would that be!
That would be brill Cormac, I have never been to the Ulster Hall but i would to be there for Lindsays title fight. I hear theres a fantastic atmosphere there.
