id say it took so long for the appeal because his legal team had to build a case
a 38 page dossier
and if they had to drop the montenegren then so be it he should'nt be there in the first place ..would have been the aibas **** up

p.s the appeal wasnt to the aiba it was to sports abrbitration council who deal with all this type of shite for the olympics

 

Hope he doesn't turn pro yet, but maybe that appeal was his final roll of the dice. He might decide hes had enough of the corrupt amateur game and its time to try the corrupt pro game
