Nice one Cormac. Pain in the bollocks about Garcia though. I think if Bernard wants to make any kind of statement in this fight he needs to forgoe 'getting rounds under his belt' and just dispatch this ****er with maximum speed and predjudice.

Cormac, I know it isn't in the interview, but did he make any mention of how his training is going with regard to increasing punch power?

 

Actually he did. He said he was doing strength and conditioning training and that it was going well. Also that he has had no injuries and that sparring went well too
