I'm not one to sit on the fence either so I reakon fitzy all the way ha ah I've sparred both lads regulary bren is the stronger fighter good body puncher but anto has edge with experience and better jab wonder what weight it's at Bren boxed at 81kg in amatuers so depending on if it's at middle or super middle could decide on who the winner is!

I thought I heard it mentioned in the interview that Spike is LMW Irish champ? Makes no difference as far as Matty Hall is concerned I suppose. The key point was only that Spike is a natural LMW

he see's himself as a full middleweight said he has no intention of fighting at light middle but im sure if the right offer came along at LMW he could make the weight.

That's interesting. Heard people say once or twice over the years that he saw himself as a LMW. I always thought he'd struggle to make it though. He's fairle strong at MW and doesn't really carry any excess poundage when fighting at the weight

Just read Macklin will earn 85 grand for his fight Saturday. Good if you can get it.

Actuallty that raises a good question, has anyone got an up to date Bui cleared list of Irish champions at the minute,
I remeber the chat a while back about Tyson fury and mickey coveny being stripped for fighting under britsih licenses is this treu,Did spike have to give up his national tile to fight for the othert title,Is JJ mcdonagh still the champ at supermiddle even though he fought his last 3 fights (albeit prizefighter) at middle etc.
Would be interesting to see what titles are vacant and which are occupied by whom.
