Ginley is carrying a bit of excess weight by the looks of it. He'd be even more impressive if he lost a few pounds.

McCloskey is a bitter **** that can't handle the fact he's a million miles away from the top of the division. Was delighted when Chop Chop beat the **** out of him. :p

Don't know what good can come of a Northern Ireland Boxing Association. You'll just have lots of guys from nationalist areas fighting for the Republic instead like the football.

I can't see it effecting anything at all, as the IABA [an all Ireland body] still exists, so boxing for the "Republic" won't be an option, the boxers will still keep competing for Ireland. I think this N.I boxing association is simply a way to monitor the funds being handed over to the boxing clubs by the Assembly.

Oh I see. That's a relief. I got the impression that it would mean the end for the IABA as the organization is now. Thanks for clearing that up. :good

Sounds like O'kane-Eubank jnr was almost finalised and has fallen through. Not dead yet though-although I would be surprised if young Chris/Mick took it

I think Eubank is an unbelieveable talent. I think he beats O'Kane even now tbh.

I didn't think there is any sectarianism in boxing in Northern Ireland:huh Haven't been to many fights up North but never seen anything really.
