Still a week to go Adam- and there is so much happening this week too with fury etc. The Mirror ran two pajo stories i think- we got Eddie re the fight and will try Paddy during the week. Gerry defo had a bit in the star too- and I know Kev from the Sun had a great piece with Pajo of late- think it could have been before the fight was made, when the publicity was probably needed more. We can only get in the papers what editors want and editors only put in what the think people want to read.

Ireland off to a winning start in world youths http://www.iaba.ie/nevin-gets-ireland-off-to-winning-start-in-armenia/ Its a pity Anthony Coyle, Gary Sweeney are both injured and David Roche joined the army, our 3 best at this level imo. Furys younger cousin Hughie is boxing for England at 91+ aswel, he has an Irish flag on his twitter page, the lad is in some shape and is nearly the same height as Tyson and is still only 18 ! Here he is on the left and Tyson on the right This content is protected
So write the article and file it mate. I've written a big page lead on Pajo in the Sun and am in contact with him, do you expect me to write about him every week? Hatton was the story last week, Fury is this week's news and next week Hyland and Magee (both of whom I've covered) will take centre stage. Not trying to make this about me, but generally fighters and their upcoming fights only get covered in fight week, rarely before. I agree that RTE or one of the other boradcast companies like Newstalk of TV3 could have put together some special features on it, but I suggest you contact them and ask them to do so, save yourself calling the Irish media a load of '****' on a boxing forum.
I might be feeding a troll here, but WTF about this very cool story made you think it a good idea to troll the Irish boxing thread? I'd think someone with a camacho avatar wouldn't go looking to start ****. When is JuanMa fighting again, bro?
Probably not, no :bbb Adam's always been in the Hyland brothers' corner and has kept us informed on here over the years. Maybe I should've just said 'chill out and wait for fight week', would that have been better?
