gave me some ****ing fright that did. The way he was talking in the corner he thought he had lost.

Faccio doesn't have a clue what is going on. Without being biased I think thats fair enough. He was winning the fight until the cut

good fight though, ridiculous stoppage, bleeding is stopped an overreaction from the ref, i really wish there was some policy in place that would allow for a bit of extra time with a cut like that because it's cu han anti climax it was really boiling up to be a good fight, good stuff from dunne and he should be happy with it, get the cut all healed up and maybe a fight at the end of january hopefully?

Yeah it's an absolutely top rate division. He wouldn't stand a chance against someone like Vasquez (my P4P #4) or Juanma etc..

He is going to get to fight for a world title and thats is fine by me. I don't expect him to win or anything but even getting up to a shot is an achievement. If he loses I see him coming back down to EBU level and there is no shame in performing at that level.

I think Juanma will clean out the division within the next 18 months - he has devastating power, Dunne needs to stay away from him and target light hitting Molitor

You think Juanma is going to take out Vasquez? That would be a ****ing super fight. Nevermind Calzaghe-Jones Hatton-***boy. Juanma-Vasquez would be a *barnstormer

He Koed a guy with a granite chin in Ponce De Leon in one round. If his chin is decent he will Ko Vasquez. As tough as Vasquez and Marquez are i can't see them taking Lopez' power.I think this kid can be a real superstar

Fair point. It's a great division. I'm a big fan of all the top fighters though. Vasquez is one of my favourite fighters of all time.
    Juanma has freak power though

Well done Bernard, on a convincing performance but a poor ending.

What do ye think about the proposed dunne-larios fight??? It would be a good fight for dunne and won he can easily win. Larios is shot the only danger is that dunne hasn't the pop to keep larios from walking him down. He could then unify with cristobal cruz dunne could win that one too but the only thing i would worry about is his output overwhelming dunne late.

I agree marty it would be good. There is only one guy at feather that would worry me alot and that is gamboa. I think gamboa is aiming for a shot at larios wbc title as well. Imagine if dunne won the title and gamboa became his mandotory. A dunne-gamboa fight in dublin would be huge.
