I think he's referring to the "Duddy probably had a better chin than Collins" comment, which is bordering on ridiculous. Freddie Roach ranks Collins as the best chin he's ever seen.

 

How is it ridiculous. Duddy had his chin tested his whole career. Have you ever seen Duddy hurt?

 

The Lady who was refereeing Wards fight seemed out of her debt.
No warning for holding from either fighter and no warning for the Algerian for repeat offences on the blind side. She probably could not see it but thats because she was not moving around the ring. Micky Vann is a good ref for cheching the entire ring. just my 2 cents worth.

 

Can't wait to see how Lee performs against a pumped up Fitzgerald.
Fitzgerald will throw the kitchen sink early at Lee. Will be interesting to see if Lee hops around with his footwork and boxes early.

 

this has prob been asked and answered a 100 times but i have not seen it why dose ireland not have a WSB team its not like we have no boxers at a high level or venues that could hold it , the only reason i can think of is the IABA just not pulling the finger out IMO its a quality product that can only promote the sport .

 

dont think the money is ther avona but it could sell if promoted right. anyone see wards fight, thought he got robbed myself as he won 4 rounds to 1 imo, the bodyshots he throws look sickening he will be a monster in the pros with the smaller gloves.

 

I didnt see it but from what I heard he was sloppy as **** and got involved in a needless scrap. I'll hae to see for it myself.

 

I thought he lost the first round but the second he lost on volume of punches.
Definitely had his opponent hurt 2nd round and I think also in teh 4th or 5th.
It was a great learning fight for him (the result is not really important in the grand shceme of his career):good

Anto Fitz interview in the Irish Sun tomorrow. He's pretty frank about his chances. He WILL win. Glad he didn't hold it against me though for saying he wouldn't.

 

Lee wins every day of the week. Should be a great card.
