you can get a standard bracket and hook system from argos. Or if your confident could make it yourself with a standard builders hip show.

whats the difference in using a bracket or a rope lads? the only thing could be getting a bracket big enough cos its a long way from the ceiling to the floor and i dont wanna splash much more the bags pricey enough! :)

i suppose if the beam and rope r thick enuff..it should b ok but a solid wall will b a better job than a supporting beam:good:good

So Byrnes opponent pulled out and they can't find a replacement for a fighter with a 15-35 record ...is it that he just can't sell tickets?

I'm starting to lose hope in Andy Lee. Of his notable opponents he's had one impressive performance, Vera II, lost two and looked shite against McEwan.

He looked dreadful last time out against a game but very limited fighter in Fitzy and now he's fighting another no hoper.

I think "gatekeeper" is a more accurate term than "contender" to describe Lee. Sorry to be negative but it's how I'm seeing it right now. Would love to be proven wrong.

    Imelvis your being negative mate
When he fights either barker, macklin or Murray next and if he gets beat then it's safe to say he's no longer a contender but if he wins then it's all good
