Think its around 20/30 Euro, good value with all the top prospects on show hopefully some good opponents brought in.
agreed pal...and its a much better show than the mark dunlop one in early feb... although fair play for dunlop for turning out regular promotions:good
with first 2 big events for irish boxers happening next week... how do u think ormond and keeler will do:think.... personnally i think ormond is up against it as flannigan looks an all around competent boxer... that along with home support will make it harder again for ormond to get a result... on the other hand i dont know much about keelers possible opponents in prizefighter.... so atm i dont have much of an opinion how luke will do:good
Have watched bits of Flanaghan and really confident Ormond will pull ahead after couple rounds and win clearly. Flanaghan is known to tire after 5 or 6 rounds and hasn't a punch to keep Ormond off him, who has the best engine I've ever seen in boxing and is punching harder than ever. He's looking unreal in camp and has quality sparring against likes of Jack Catterell who beat Thomas Stalker in his last fight. As for myself there's a few decent unbeaten guys in the contest and all ranked well above me in boxrec but im going over to win it out, have never felt as sharp in sparring and will use this as my platform to bigger and better things !! :bbb
thanks for the input luke... im worried if the flanaghan fite is close then ormond mite get robbed... and good luck mate we are all willing u on to victory here.. going by the records of some of the rest this is wide open with u having a big as chance as any of the rest... although ur power mite be the deciding factor in this competition:good
Indeed. If I was to hazard an uneducated guess, Id say The Saunders camp is negotiating step aside money
He could be playing hardball to jack up his 'free money' alright. But then again would he really want to face Quillin in the US? Would you?..I wouldnt. The few bob step-aside dosh will be well gone and BJS will be crying about having to go stateside against the much-favoured Quilln. Quillin would hardly lose on points at home to BJS would he? Lets face it, no way Billy stops PQ. Noo way. No, its far better for BJS to face Andy in Eire or UK.
Just read on the scene that Saunders promoter just won the purse bid to fight Michel Soro for the EBU title, which would appear to pave the way for Lee-Quillin:bbb
