A lot more than 10 users mate over the years. And you just answered your own question there. Ireland is one of the best up and coming boxing nations for its size in the pros. But then again doesn't stop idiotic Americans like you with your myopic views of the world from coming in this thread with the same stupid comment 'Who cares' or something very similar. if you dont like the thread dont post in it:finger5
Not really though, I know a decent amount about Irish boxing and you dont know **** about it, so im going to trust my opinion more than yours, sorry mate:good Two world champions and its only going to grow in the coming years, deal with it.
Whatever one step above erelevant is that's about where I'd put Irish boxing. Irish people have love for the sport, I get that. But outside a weak champion in Andy Lee (who was stopped by Chavez btw) the Irish have no impact on the sport.
Carl Frampton is a world champion and a damn good one. We have been outdoing big nations like America at the Olympics in boxing for years and we have a lot of good up and coming prospects in the pros now who have come off the back off our amateur success. It's just a fact, I have no reason to lie. if you said Irish boxing was terrible 8 or 9 years ago id have agree with you. Not now though, you just have no clue the strides we have made and are making. You'll soon hear about them though, thats for sure. We have 5 or 6 guys in particular who are world championship potential in particular and plenty of other good prospects aside.
Ok the fact that your bringing up the Olympics says it all. Irish have not impact on pro boxing, deal with it. Lee is a joke of a champion and will loose the title in his next fight likely. The first time frampton decides to fight someome relevant he will loose. He would get beat bad by both Rigo and Santa cruz.
the ref in Ormond fite was a This content is protected ... let the brit hold the whole fite...shower of ****e the whole lot of them:good
Sac, I've just skimmed your post history ITT. You pop in here now and then dating back four years just posting hateful negativity toward Irish boxing fans, unprovoked. Thirteen posts of unnecessary trolling. Make a fourteenth, you're gone.
