So if rogan beats him he will have beaten the current european champion whilst also being eligible himself but is not the european champion? Now us boxing diehards could debate with each other all day long about ratings or mandatorys or bla bla bla but go to a general sports fan whom promoters should be trying to entice in and explain it to them and see if they think it makes sense. joke to the sport
