How many Welsh world champions are there ? By your logic there would be none, as they are all British, seen as you cant claim a Welsh passport there has never been a Welsh Champion.

I asked why John Joe wasn't progressing in the pro game, I didn't ask for your bigotted, passive agressive rant about travellers.

There are no English or Scottish champions either then.

Shall we compare Irish champions to British champions?

You just dont get it do you. Its already been explained that boxing is a 32 county sport and always has been, so im not going to go over it all again. And dont think to tell Irish boxing fans what champions are Irish and which are not. There have been many posters here from the North of Ireland in this thread, so dont think that everyone arguing with you on this topic is a southerner.

By the way, even going by your logic, Barry McGuigan would still be Irish, because he was born in Clones, Monaghan, you fool. Or is he British according to you because he was based in Northern Ireland during his career?

I see we cant claim Irish born world champions who moved to America either now? I suppose to be an Irish world champion, you have be southern Irish born and spent every living moment in the south. Which would disqualify all the world champions who did their Christmas shopping up the North eh:lol: You absolute joke.

Also well done to Selby, nice to see Wales get another world champion. Its always been a little nation which punches well above its weight in boxing terms. I wont let a pathetic idiot like you spoil the respect I have for Wales's contribution to boxing:good

More speculation on the Irish boxing site about WHO will be Framptons next opponent. FFS they turned down a PERFECT fight against a PERFECT opponent----> Scott Quigg! This is very annoying.
Its backwards Frampton is going now!
