I give up.
21,000 tickets sold, I'm told today.....I reckon at least 5,000 will be from one or other of the lads ethnic groups. Nobody wants any trouble, and tickets are selling anyway - so no need for argy-bargy between the lads to stir things up.
(Like BJS v Eubank --> that was very heated). Seems pretty straightforward to me.

Dublin boxer Kelly Harrington on FB saying she wants to be Katie Taylors opponent for the Limerick show,
Checked her out she has won a good few National titles at 64k but not done much at international level (she did win gold and best boxer at the harringey cup recently)
Not sure she would be up to Taylors level but if she is as good as some of the opponents they are going to bring in then id say bring it on and fair play to her,
A big fight with two Irish boxers is always better IMO than a big fight with one,

 

Wonder will Spike and/or Nevin be on it? Theres still time.
Lack of a guaranteed quality undercard stacked with good fights is one of the reasons Im not going.

Need at least one more good top class bout tbh,

If you dont mind me saying so its still a fairly poor card though. (Only Andy and the possibility of Spike are worth travelling for IMO).
No way will it be Blackwell for Spike - not IMO anyway. Hes too good - too dangerous. He would probably beat Spike (and deffo would beat Andy right now today IMO).
Blackwell will always have trouble with speedsters like Billy Joe, I know, but anyone thats there for him - like Andy or Spike, is is serious trouble over the second half of a fight. :thumbsup

 

Undercard is an absoloute joke, honestly not one decent fight announced on the undercard ****** taking Irish fans for mugs, im not buying a ticktet out of principle unless there is at least 2 good fights announced.
