Thanks Fra, I seen him fight in the stadium on a Peters show. He must be making a comeback:think.

Looks like O'Donnell has cried off. According to the *********** article, he left a note in the gym saying he had the flu and wasn't fighting. Apparently Steve Goodwin said he isn't answering any calls. Strange if true.

Just dont see what Quigg has that will beat Frampton,
For my money frampton is more skilled and hits harder,He has fought better opposition and had a much more extensive amateur career to boot.
Any betting prices out for this yet?

Yeah i would be surprised alright,I think Frampton will box smart early and then take over,I wouldnt be surprised to see a stoppage after round 7 though.

How I see it playing out is something like this:

Frampton gets off to fast start, boxing well, moving sharply and using lots of movement & jabs. Wins first 3 rounds on the trot.
Around 4-5 Quigg, realizing he is losing here - will be forced to go for it.
Sheer aggression will probably enable him to bag a few rounds 4-7/8. But he will continue to ship punishment even in the rounds he is winning on the cards. The pace and Carls sharp-shooting will start to take a toll. By round 9 Quigg should be wide open & shipping increasingly heavy punishment. Late stoppage or wide pts win for Carl.

Yea I agree that sounds about right. A late stoppage win for carl is likely.
