Agreed. This is a celebrity freak show on steroids, not a boxing match.
Imagine if a goon like McGregor was to try to sell a sprint event with Bolt, a golf match against tiger woods etc...yet the same fools who would laugh at such ideas are all excited about a bixing match between two guys....one of whom isn't a boxer.!

We can only hope it turns out to be a monumental flop...otherwise it could spawn a whole series of similar "entertainment events" in the future....- imagine that!

Sadly, it will take someone of mcgergors fame getting seriously hurt or killed before this MMA thuggery gets banned.

The question is...was it sufficiently bad to put a stop to any more such "inter-sport fights" in the future?

Or to put it another way were the casuals and mma yobbos ...average age and IQ approx. 15, sufficiently entertained to fork out for more of this type of thing in the future?
