That's brilliant ! But you shouldnt have let ir go as long it would have been a lot Kore manageable. Boxers tend to let little shoulder niggles go on and just box through the pain, so a relevelity simple shoulder impingement can turn into a rotator cuff tendonopathy which then can develop into na rotator cuff tear, which are then incredibley hard to repair because the tendon has been worn away due to the tendonitis, that can end a cares or greatly reduce your ability to throw a punch with full power. Your injury was different obviously. A good test to do is yocums test for shoulder impingement ITs very simple, and if your having trouble or a niggle lifting your arm above shoulder height it gaurentees you wither have impingement or a slight tear at least. Make sure everyone else in the gym isn't fighting on with shoulder niggles, it will only make them worse and they wont be fighting at 100% and no one on here wants that!
