Saw that munroe martinez fight, munroe looked very convincing in the last few rounds and didnt seem to be tired, could of been a threat for bernard dunne if that might had of took place and could look to challenge dunne if he wins in march id say.

Munroe is strong with a good engine, but I think Bernard is at another level.:deal

Munroe looks an average fighter with little power in his punches, size is all he seems to have going for him to be honest, Dunne would not be getting pinned to the ropes like Martinez was and that was the only success Munroe was having. Dunne would out class and out box the binman, I'm sure of that.

Paddy my first time watching him and the kid can fight!!! Great skill and defense but the jury is out on his power. Looks to have a bright future. Also his opponent definately came to fight, it was a a good scrap.

i agree...dunne would have his range right and win rounds against munroe...but i worry dunne's stamina in fights...i could imagine dunne having a great points lead going into say round 8 or 9 and then having to coast...
actually that goes for his title fight next month too..i think he'll do alright if he lasts home...i think he may just have a chance of becoming one of only two wba super-batamweight champions of the world at the same time :)

That is some result. 9-3!! ****ing hell. Thats superb.

Another win for Hyland but lets be honest he's still fighting bums. He'll get the ears boxed off him by Napa if the fight gets made.

Dunne has much better boxing skills than Munore and should win handy as long as he doesn't gas. The big question mark for me with Dunne is his weight. This strength and conditioning lark better pay off for him because if it isn't some masterplan that is going to work then he's in trouble. He looked horribly thin the night of the Amateur finals. If that isn't some scheme that Mike McGurn and his nutritionist came up with to help him overall then he's ****ed. He has never been particulalrly big and if they **** this up then he will pay the price big time
