Ardy, Yeah according to boxrec, McCreedy doesn't have an opponent yet, while McInerney is fighting the same guy he beat in his last outing. I've never seen either one of them, although I've read a few articles about McCreedy. I think he was a very good football player before he took up boxing, and I think he's from Lowell, Mickey Ward's hometown. Good luck to em' both. YEAH "BIG ROGIE", knock em' all out big guy!:happy :happy :happy
Thats a great reality story Ardy, I guess John Duddy knows he can do better but has to decide whether he will. Thanks for posting the article mate. Slan
I thought it was a great article too. In actual fact, there was TV footage shown here in Belfast, of Duddy sobbing into his towel, after the fight, because of the disapointment he was feeling after such a poor performance. So lets hope he can learn from it.
Look's like duddy is coming back to belfast for his next bout. They should put him in with a banger again. Zuinga or asikeann will do.
bloody great article there ardy, just brings us to think that there is much more behind a boxer than the 30 mins we see of them in a ring. do any of you know much about michael gomez, how good was he?was he really a waste of world championship talent?
