That was one of the best fights ive seen all weeks great movement by both great punches in bursts, good trading,The only draw back was as always theres no boxing done in the last two minutes of the fight just one guy pressing and the other spoiling to get to the bell.
Still well done Darren good performance.

The Rogan delay could put a "spanner in the works" of the McCloskey European title fight expected to take place in the Kings Hall in November. Two major promotions in one month is a big ask for the punters of Belfast.

thats a shitter for mccloskey if thats the case ardy, but surely theres somewhere closer to derry that could hold it?

As for Duddy, you can only fall out with so many trainers before its obvious the problem is you and not the trainer.

Does Team Duddy have a clear plan at this point paddy?

well we must remember Harry was Johns first trainer

it seems irish ropes wanted him to switch to don turner

then they wanted him to switch to pat burns

    now hes back with Harry

Keitt should try and get Duddy back to his original style IMO as i think we've seen him go backwards since he's been trying to outbox his opponents rather than his old all action style

Could not agree more. In certain situations there Duddy was like a cheetah trying to change his spots. Duddy and ***an seem similar and while their styles (especially ***an) might not earn them title shots it will certainly get them some good pay days. For Team Duddy I would avoid andy Lee all the way until hopefully Lee gets some sort of title of Sturm or Macklin/Asikainen.

I know for a fact kelly pavlik would give duddy a title shot if duddy strung together somee good wins he see's duddy as an easy target.

i think uncle bob has other plans and wants Duddy as a cash cow

You're man John Joe Nevin is threw to the semi's and is guaranteed at least a bronze. Faces the dangerous Russian Eduard Abzalimov in the next round.
