I predict a very tough fight. if i was a betting man and had no allegiances to either man I would put some cash on poonswatt Tko rd 6,7, or 8.

but i obviously want dunne to win, so I wont be betting and i'll be there in the O2 supporting bernard. Hopefully a UD victory or late stoppage victory for Dunne!

 

Well if he takes as many shots as he did the last time he won't go the distance. This boy looks to have a lot more pop to his punch than Cordoba. However, you'd hope lessons learned in the last fight, as well as height and reach advantage, and a decent gameplan from Hawkins will see him look to work outside all night with a good stiff jab and counterpunch this little ****er as he comes in.

 

i was out watching and interviewing poonsawat last week in Bangkok- he looks in good shape-he is some trainer-and is as polite and quiet as tehy come. Real good atmosphere in the gym too....the main thing i got from them was that they dnt think Dunne has the power to hurt him-claiming Cordoba wasnt knocked out but fell over as he was wrecked. So they reckon its just about catching Dunne having a better plan than him etc...i sent pics and article to the Sunday World did anyone see if they used it!!!!???i cant get it here in Thailand not even online!!!
