have you ever met someone who had a different accent than you, and when you speak to him you dont fully catch what he said first time...so he repeats himself, you still dont quite catch it....now you feel kinda embarressed, as you know this fella is talking english, and you are supposed to understand english, but it just aint happening.
thats how i'll always remember meeting you ardy :)
funny thing was, you were much more understandable with a pint in your hand :)
it was getting to the stage where i'd made my mind up to repeat everything you said with "****in' spot on ardy...spot on fella" :)

    good to meet you brother.

Don't worry about it doug, I make the same impression with anyone, from thirty miles out of Belfast onwards.I could see the confusion in your eyes, when we first met at the Days Hotel, but as you say I thought we were communicating a little better by the time you left the after fight party. I worked out in Uzbekistan [Tash Kent] back in 1995, with mostly Belfast blokes. The only way to make ourselves understandable to the Uzbek translator was to speak very, very slowly, as she thought we were speaking Gaelic initially.
The Rogan tickets are still up for grabs, as they have now opened the east wing of the arena . So if your interested, get in now before all the cheapest tickets go.

He just needs to make a very careful and well thought out decision. He should take a long time over this one. If he boxes on I'd be hopeful that he is very realistic about how far he can go. He needs to have the right plan for moving on. And with the right time and consideration he may find one. If he doesn't then so be it. Either way he's got a hell of a lot of lifelong fans secured anyway

    Nice work:thumbsup

But is his future at world level or European level?. Is it at SBW or FW? He might never fill the o2 again by himself, so is it back to the small halls.:think
