    All i know is Jamie Power confirmed anything else is speculation as far as I am concerned

    26/27 i would imagine not 100% Podge will clear it up as he is spikes number 1 Nuthugger!

    a question i always wanted to put to you fellows..

    has sean mannion been remembered by casual irish boxing fans with as much respect as he deserves ?

    i'm of an age where i remeber what it was like before mcguigan fought pedroza...the priest even made everyone say a decade of the rosary for him at mass on the sunday before....there was flags everywhere...like everywhere...
    but, mannion...a galway man...wasnt mentioned at all as far as i remember in any sports media at the time...
    i understand that he boxed completely out of boston and boxing fans here didnt know what he was at...but he did fight for a wba world belt too...
    and he beat a future world champ in in chuel-beak...

    now theres others here who may a lot more about sean than i do...
    but sometimes i think he gets overlooked a lot when irish boxers are spoke about.
