Cool!!! I didn't think (or know) Jim Beam was available/popular abroad. To me Jack Daniels is a sour mash whiskey, IMO different from bourbon (but that's IMO).

    Go Irish Boxing!!!!

Hello pipe-wrenched[you must be a plumber with a handle like that], hope your feeling well. I'm still being told off about my outburst the other night [Goldenboy]. I'm looking forward to the Pavlik-Taylor fight. If Taylor sticks to his boxing this time, and doesn't mix it up with the ghost, then he could spring a surprise[although I want Pavlik to win, as I think Taylor is an obsolute bore of a boxer]

Of course he needs the backing of his country if he's showing any promise at all. Thats why a fighter does so well in his home town, because his people get behind him! Go John Go! Its called, support!!

I remember Dave "boy" McAuley heading over to London to fight the then undefeated IBF flyweight champion of the world Duke McKencie. No-one gave him a chance that night. Well we all know what happened that night. Dave "boy" punched the champ all around the ring for 12 rounds.
It was the same story when Collins dethroned Eubank. One-one expected that victory also. When there's a will there's a way.
DUDDY THE NEXT MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD.

Has anyone seen Oisin ***an fight. He has a tough fight tonight in West Virgina against Pittsburb Verquan Kimbrough for the USBA lightweight title.
Brian Peters the county Meath promoter is trying to make a fight with Ricky Hatton in the summer assuming ***an keeps winning.

Oisin ***an lost a 12rd SD to Verquan Kimbrough tonight in what was described as a brutal contest. ***an was floored in the 5th but gamely continued on and pushed Kimbrough to the wire.

Happy new year to all the fight fans out there.

2008 will hopefully see John Duddy win the middleweight title.
