    First things first....
If Paquaio had a glass jaw then Tony Margarito would have knocked him out. Manny said afterwards Margarito hit harder than anyone he'd ever fought before. Had Margarito not had the horrific eye injury who knows.. The only people to have legitimately beaten Margarito are Paquaio , at the time the P4P #1 & an almost certainly juiced up Shane Mosely. Miguel Cotto couldn't do it even though Tony had only one good eye most of the fight. Tony was in fact coming on & beating his chest at a fast fading Cotto when that NY doc stopped the fight. Not to save Tony but to save Cotto being embarrassed and quitting AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It all depends on how Manny is mentally after the KO. If he's back to the hungry Manny look out Rios. Then watch Mayweather run for cover LOL

I'm a fan of both Rios and Pac.

Rios is a strong young Lion with a lot of heart.

It should be a great fight!

I don't wish either fighter to be seriously injured... but I think it is far more likely that Pac would be able to KO/TKO Rios, than the other way around.

How confident are you about the outcome? Would you be interested in making some easy money? Im almost as confident as you in the outcome of this fight.....I've placed bets with a couple of posters before which worked out well where we set up a PayPal account to facilitate payment to the winner. Would you be interested? I'm not much of a gambler to be honest but I think you have a very interesting perspective on the current state of where each of these fighters are in their careers.

If you are right, and Pac is completely shot based on that devastating one punch knockout you would be $1000 richer and your theory would be validated. I just haven't bought into the whole theory that Pac man's chin has been shattered and is now damaged goods. But whatever it is you see seems to be pretty convincing, so I'll bite. Let's make it happen.

I dont bet with people I do not know personally and even the ones I do know personally if it dont go their way I dont trust them for **** ill bet online and will be for this fight.

I am not just basing it off the one shot brutal knock out I am basing this off of years of wars on Mannys body finally catching up to him. I am also basing this on the fact that Manny is now comming down off them steroids (just kidding)

Seriously though how far can a fighter like that go? look at how long its been since the 1st Barrera fight Mannys been on this level facing tough opposition for more than a decade and its not like he hasnt taken some lumps along the way.

He is done, Rios TKO by 9

posts like this are just an attempt to validate this tune up fight and turn it into something it is not. Pac should win the fight very easy. RIOS HAS NO DEFENSE AT ALL.

Fair enough. I'm definitely interested in seeing what Manny shows up because he looked great before getting starched the last time we saw him. Aside from the KO, he really didn't take all that much punishment. ......Juan took far worse of a beating yet ironically came out the one with his hand raised. So if Rios does win by KO in round 8, then all the threads about glass jaws might actually have some validity.

If this fight lasts 12 rounds Rios is going to have a busted eye socket. He takes punches and Pac still has power. On the other hand, pac could get flattened with one punch.

No. Pacs knockout was different. Those other guys couldn't beat the 10 count. PAC was knocked out unconscious. He couldn't beat the 200 count. He is already walking on his heels. He shouldn't be taking this fight with Rios. These type of concussions must be taken seriously. His next one will do more damage. And can happen much easier. This is not like hockey. The sport is about hitting each other in the head.

Easy win for Pac. Even after that KO, pac has far too much for this bum

Exactly my point Manny got Ricky Hattoned here, he didnt get stopped on his feet, he was in a ****ing coma those type of knock outs fighters rarely come back from.

He shouldnt have taken the Rios fight in his first fight back he should have fought someone like Paulie who can box but doesnt bang this would give Roach and Manny an idea where Manny is with his timing and where he is at mentally is he glove shy suddenly? etc.....

Respect to him for taking this fight, I know nobody gives Rios a chance here siting poor defense and footwork, but again Manny isnt exactly hard to miss.....
