Irrefutable proof that Canelo will beat the crap outta Kirkland if they ever fight

Now I don't know much about the politics of boxing, but why would the challenger make the champion an offer? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Kirkland appears to be the most deserving challenger. I don't think James or his handlers are afraid of anything. It's obvious Canelo's people don't want to fight Kirkland. The fight is such a natural, but you hear nothing about Kirkland from the Canelo camp.

 

Ishida is not being pay to hurt Canelo, and I'm sure the Jap would show something else if they ever fight for real....

Perhaps they will meet at 160, eventually. Assuming Kirkland stay upright in the interim.

Canelo has a Glass Jaw, as well, but Kirkland's is ****-poor, the worst in Boxing today and with his complete lack of defense he is a brutal and embarrassing KO waiting to happen. Canelo would chump him in one.

Anne Wolf is not gonna make that much of a difference either-were talking about a chin here and it's clear, based on multiple fights, that Kirkland dont have a chin.

 

Agreed-Plus Canelo is much more skillful, with the better footwork by far, and the more precise punches-

I agree with all of this except for the last bit, I don't think Mosley has **** left in the tank. Even the Mosley of 2009 would brutalize Kirkland but he looks completely unable to pull the trigger anymore with no timing and no reflexes left. Kirkland's Chin is abysmal enough to put him in the L column against anybody who can crack but Shane looks positively ancient in the ring.

It's true too..plus Shane gave Pac movement problems-why can't he do the same with Canelo-He just needs to pull the trigger-

I was on here when all this was being said in 2007 and Shane went on for his 3rd big run at that time, until fighting Floyd-Since then he has been pretty good too.

I just think Shane will be able to place power punches on Canelo-something Kirkland and El Perro don't have the speed nor the accuracy to do-Shane can land that one big shot-

with that said I'd take Canelo by decision in this fight..by ko over any other 154 lb figher out there not named Dzinziruk or Lara..Even Canelo-Mosley is better than Canelo-PW

Kirkland will beat the living **** outa Canelo and Canelo knows it. Gomez was beating his ass and as soon as Gomez got in a little trouble the fight was stopped. He didnt look good against Cintron or Hatton. He should beat Mosley but that aint saying ****. Kirkland fought 30 times with 27 knockouts, Canelo fought 40 times with 29 knockouts and 1draw. I saw three of Canelos so-called stoppages and two of them didnt have to be stopped. All the stoppages I saw of Kirklands were true stoppages. The fight was over and there was no doubt. You can hate on Kirkland cause you aint gotta fight him but Canelo and his camp know better.

 

sorry to say but that logic foreman said he was talking about heavyweights not former lightweights that are 40....for a guy that had so much power the fact he was reluctant to pull the trigger tells you everything you need to know and that his reflexes are not what they were and while it may not seem that off, its enough to have lost at least 22 of 24 rounds and not be able to beat a sergio mora who has zero power....
and it doesnt get better...
