is 2008-2010 Pacquiao one the greatest peaks we ever saw in a fighter?

Pacquiao had one of the greater 2 year stretches in recent times in '08-09. Cut out '10 and it's more impressive.

He went 5-0 with 4 KO's, won 2 lineal titles, and fought in and won titles in 4 divisions.

2008: Juan Manuel Marquez II, David Diaz, Oscar de la Hoya
    2009: Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto

At least 3, maybe 4 Hall of Famers there.

Great shout out. I'll just list out Donaire's great two year '11-12 run like I did above with Pacquiao.

Donaire went 6-0 with 3 KO's, winning a lineal title, and fought in and won titles in 2 divisions.

    2011: Fernando Montiel, Omar Narvaez
2012: Wilfredo Vazquez Jr, Jeffrey Mathebula, Toshiaki Nishioka, Jorge Arce

I don't know how people can not be wowed by this. Those are huge names. He was such a force.

I admired Floyd. Manny excited me. This is not about who was the better fighter but who was the better 'watch' and on that criteria Pacquiao wins out during that period...
