Is 24/7 blowing this whole Pacquaio not be dedicated thing out of proportion? I mean I'm sure he trains like crazy when hes in the gym but his team seems to be pretty worried. I know HBO is condensing a whole week into a 20 minute show, but damn he does seem like a busy ass dude..
Hmmm even the fact that you made this thread is telling all of us smarter fans that HBO are geniuses when it comes to hyping up a fight. This was a huge mismatch coming in and now it seems like everywhere you turn you see Margarito is getting momentum. Kind of like how Hatton showed in the 24/7 he figured out Pacs move. Right hook roll under. right hook roll under. Then Bam the right hook roll under puts him down. Im glad though. The closer the odds the better return i get on my Pac bet. Im not gonna lie though i might put a few bucks on a Margarito TKo. If he wins its gonna be a TKO and the TKO option nets me more.
Pac works hard. But I don't get why some say it's all hype and fake(the distractions). I mean can anyone name me a fighter who deals with all the **** pac deals with during a training camp?? And i know it's his damn fault but still he does have so much on his plate.
Say what you want but everyone that De La Hoya vs. Pac was huge hype job and that De La Hoya was just trying to sell the fight. But reports came out of Oscars camp that he wasn't looking good and training hard. Just sayin..
I'm with you, to this point hes been able to do a crazy amount of stuff and still train for fights. But he wasn't actually an active congressman when he fought Clottey..
After watching the second episode, I changed my mind. I think there are some truths to the distractions. I guess we'll find out come fight-night how bad they are/were (if at all).
wtf? you are going to bet paq and also bet margo tko? i have never heard of anything as stupid as that. eithr paq is going to win or he's not. as of saturday, paq was -675 and margo was +475.
Margo is gonna kick his ass, you watch & see. And if you thought PBF was ducking Pacman, he's gonna look like Usain Bolt as he runs away from Margarito.
And I don't think that will be enough to stop Margarito. He's a beast & wants this badly for redemption. He know he can be the smaller man...and he will. :bbb
24/7 Has really developed into a load of contrived crap, even the narrators voices gives me the shits now. I believe it's largely staged and played up for theatrical value, just like in the Mosley vs Mayweather episode when Mayweather's personal security manually pick up and move a car that has been parked in a private space, It was about as believable as a WWE backstage brawl.
I dunno guys, pac seems to be taking it a bit TOO easy. I still expect him to win but This could be Tyson vs. Douglas all over again.
The role of 24/7 is to make the fight look 50/50 If they did the Tyson vs Douglas 24/7 they would have made that look 50/50 aswell
