    Ha there is a lot of scousers here like, bit run down compared to years ago but still alright.

    Yeh mate was only there a few years I think down by bank hall end of Stanley road, good little gym what I remember down in the cellar of an old warehouse! Never boxed for them like just trained there with a mate who did

    Ahh there’s a gym by there now called Rydal. Maybe it’s that one.

    will always love Rhyl as my first ever ‘holiday’ at six was Towyn and Rhyl. Couple of good fairs , a beach what more can you want haha. Shame the big Rhyl fair is gone.
