By November 10, I need to be at 170. Currently I am at 177. Is losing 7 lbs within this time span easy? Any tips? I've been doing roadwork, swimming, and of course training but whenever I check the scale I wouldnt even lose a single pound. There are times I gain a pound. Any advice?

:D. I can take that weight off in 2 weeks. The only advice i can give you is to jog a lot and jump rope a lot. Be sure to dress warm so your body heat will be up and wont get cold. Drink and eat less.

You have plenty of time. Decrease your calories and increase your activity and you should have no problem. The safest way to lose weight (and keep it off) is to lose it slowly, 1-2 pounds per week.

    What is your diet like?

I really dont follow any diet, I just eat sensibly. Though I noticed that after a meal, I get hungry after 4 hours so I eat *******s or a piece of bread just to remove that feeling. I go the gym 3x a week. Now I know it is not enough but I also have school to attend to. I go to the gym on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. Also on those days, after boxing training, I either swim or do roadwork. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do swimming in the day and roadwork at night. I also do pushups on those days. Saturdays I just go light by either swimming or jogging. Sundays I rest.

Well, sounds like you are active enough. You'll just need to cut back on your calories. Keep a food log for 3 or 4 days and see how many calories you are taking in and then start cutting back where you can.

Yes, thats an extremely easy weight to reach in a 2 month span.
Most boxers have to lose that amount of weight in a few days.

I'm glad I'm a natural welterweight, I've never have to worry about my weight in the past hundred fights.

will do that, I plan on eating 6-8 small meals in a day. I'll see if that would help me.

Instead of eating 3000 calories a day, eat 2500.
You will lose them 7 pounds.

7 pounds in 60 days is a joke. you should have absolutely no problem loosing that. you could loose that in 3-4 days if you had too.

Yes as I said, I'm a natural welterweight. No matter how much I change my diet or workout my weight always stays within the range of 147-155.

Why do people say BS like this? If you eat more you gain weight. If you eat less you lose weight.

I bet if you ate just an apple a day you'd lose weight.
