I do agree that horn is possible not ready or never gonna be ready for pac. If it's up to me it will Crawford or Garcia if he manage to beat thurman. But the old fart Arum doesn't give a hoot of what everybody thinks, he does things his way.

Mayweather-Berto was a bigger mismatch then Pacquaio-Horn but like most I'm not crazy about this match-up.

2015 Mayweather is a much better fighter than a 2017 Pacquaio. 2015 Berto would probably beat Horn but it would be competitive.
