Is a speed ball relevant in training?

    Its used as a Top and Bottom Ball, the Kostya way, not a fan of it, too static.

    Its old school using the speed bag to sharpen hooks and uppercuts and headmovement..freddie roach vid online wit this explanation. He States its better for your hooks to the head to be sharpened on the speed bag instead of heavybag.

    I spin it and try to uppercut it. Way too loud otherwise, the yoga class in the next room gets PISSED :lol:

    That new programme about How to Box that's coming on Sky has a trailer and I think it's Jim McDonnell who's actually moving side-to-side and hitting the ball with his head.Looks amazing.
    Took me months to add a left hand into the mix!:oops:

    Can you guys help me with boxing pear ball? I dont knwo how to fill up, mayeb with sand?
    2.can i use pucnhes like jabs right cross ? what about hooks and uppercuts?
