Is Adamek overrated as an heavyweight?

    Well i think he is fighting decent guys, but he aint so hard hitting and can get a problem when he faces guy like Haye, Klitschko or even Solis.
    What do you think, is he just overrated totally or is he really that good?

    Excellent CW. Good HW.

    He better at CW. People just haven't properly cottoned on to the fact that he's a HW now.

    Poor dude is going to get his face punched in by Wlad. Just doesn't have the pop to hang in the division.

    Sure he is... but I'm a fan anyway.

    I like the way he handles his bizness in and out of the ring.

    Aside from his toughness Adamek doesn't stand out in any one particular attribute.But the thing is, he's pretty competent in all of them (speed,movement, combination punching, ring IQ, improved d and yes, even power). He's got that fighter's attitude to get him through very tough moments - something that fighters like Golota and perhaps Wlad do not have. He's got the overall package to be a top fighter in any division. He's done enough in the ring (as opposed to bs speculation on how good someone can be based on potential) to deserve a lot of credit. He is up against all kinds of odds versus Wlad, but I heavily doubt this will be an easy night for the champ. We will see.

    Adamek's resume is as good as anyone's at heavy apart from the Klits.

    Yes, he's horribly over rated at the moment, but I understand why.

    He's one of the few guys that shows up in shape, has some natural ability, and genuinely seems to be doing the things the 'right' way.

    His win over Arreola is a good one (MD, but I haven't actually seen that fight) on paper. It's hard to tell if Arreola is a top class HW, or somebody that looks good beating cans.

    Can't complain about what he's done or the way he's doing it, but I'd really like to see him in with a Povetkin, Chambers, Thomson kind of guy.

    Adamek is a damn good fighter. Hell he is willing to fight either Klitschko that right there tells you what kind of mentality he has.

    Quit the hating. Hes the 1 HW that deserves the most respect. Hes stepping up to the plate and going to give it his best. I hope he out points and out works the Klit to shut all you hatters up and make Haye look like an even bigger *****. peace.
