5th round against Arreola. There wasnt any close-up, so first time watching it was hard to catch, but as you know now, it will be pretty easy to see that sole coming apart of that shoe. Shoes made in China

 

Against Estrada tbqh he looked kind of gassed, like he wasn't used to being 215 lbs yet though he seems to have sorted that out. His shoe was falling apart against Arreola and that's when his footwork problems became prevalent in that fight.

 

I'll rewatch that fight later and find out for sure but I think they just wrapped tape around the bottom of the shoe and over the top of his foot to keep it together.
