Is AJ about to price himself out of a fight vs the Wilder/Fury winner?

No it was like saying Golovkin should have got a 50 50 split cos he was undefeated and higher ranked.

He just got knocked out, that's why. And there's no one he can fight who would bring in the kind of revenue Wilder (if victorious) would. The reality is that neither the winner of the fight nor Joshua has any equivalent opponent. That's why it needs to be an easy, no BS, 50/50 deal.

The winner of Fury v Wilder is clearly the number 1 in the division.

Plus AJ is 1-1 in his last two fights with one of those being a brutal knockout.

Why? AJ has beaten more top 10 guys than them 2 combined. Wilder has only betean 1 top 10 fighter and that guys only notable win was nearly 5 years ago. Fury hasnt beaten any of the current top 10.

The winner of Fury vs Wilder will have just beaten Fury or Wilder.

Meanwhile AJ is 1-1 in his last two fights and has been brutally knocked out.

Hearn is pushing for 50/50 I don't understand why you aren't.

Theres no logic for either Fury or Wilder being top 2.

Wilder - Theres at least 5 guys with stronger resumes in the division.

Fury - hasnt beaten any top 40 fighter in 4 years.

AJ - has beaten 4 of the current top 10 (Wilder and Fury have beaten 1 combined) plus an ATG in one of most entertaining HW title fights of all time.

It's not a case of either, it's a case of both.

AJ is 1-1 in his last two.

Both are undefeated, both have faced each other already and have signed to face each other again.

Both will generously give 50 to AJ.

1-1 in last 2 fught but AJ has by far the superior resume beating more of the current top 10 than Fury and Wilder combined. Again stop ignoring that Wilder has only beaten 1 top 10 and about 5 of the fighters in the top 10 have stronger resumes than Wilder. Stop ifnoring the fact Fury hasnt beaten beaten a top 40 fighter in 4 years. You have failed to provide any logical debate why Fury or Wilder should be considered the top2.

AJ has more than enough money. These two fights ie AJ vs Fury and AJ vs Wilder is what the public wants. AJ will win a lot of respect if he agrees to 50-50

Before the loss to Ruiz, AJ was number 1, when he got bounced around the ring it was quite apparent be wasn't number 1 any more and there is no way Ruiz was number 1 neither.

Fury and Wilder had fought to a draw, controversial on both ends. Both were undefeated. Both would have been huge favourites over Ruiz in a unification fight.

At that point any sane ranking is Fury/Wilder then Ruiz then AJ.

AJ beating Ruiz doesn't unseat Fury or Wilder. He's 1-1 in his last two fights.

Not only are Fury and Wilder the clear 1 and 2 in the division, the winner of the rematch is very clearly the number 1 in the division.

If AJ wants to fight the best he has to pay the price.

Hearn sees it should be 50/50 it is literally just you and AJ who don't.

God this type of post pisses me off. Why would you join a boxing forum if you can't appreciate the science of boxing.

Funny, Floyd fighting defensively, on the back-foot for 12+ years didn't seem to effect his pulling power/selling value?
'But, but, but he got knocked out by Ruiz' - Whoopdee ****, he's also proven himself by later beating that fighter. That is far more valuable to his legacy than fighting tomato cans that stand directly in front of him to knock over.

History will look favorable to AJ if he concedes 50-50 to Wilder and Fury. It will show he decided to pay the price to fight the best out there.

History tends to forget about the financials and just remembers who won..

But, if AJ does not fight Wilder or Fury, he will be remembered as the guy who avoided the top guys.
