Its solid, sadly for him, after getting dropped hard by Wlad, and rocked by several other fighters, the realization et in that he has a terrible chin, so that's inhibited im in a big way, making him a far more apprehensive safety first and therefore dull fighter. From here on out, expect a lot of previous fanboys to start abandoning ship.
I don't think it's underrated at all, everyone knows he's an offensive machine. He switches to head and body, can hurt you with either hand, is effective from all ranges, has nice variety and is pretty accurate. He's probably the best inside super heavyweight since Bowe. Personally I've never seen the comparisons with Bruno. If I was to compare him to anyone, I'd say he's a mix of Wlad and Bowe. He has the sound fundamentals of Wlad but the variety and offense of Bowe. Unfortunately he has the lack of head movement and footwork of Bowe too, but he has a high guard to compensate for that and is slightly faster of foot.
It needs a lot of work. Against both Takam and Parker his offensive skill set was shown to be very limited. Bruno had a much better Jab, a higher punch output, and wasn't as slow as Joshua. If Joshua improves his uppercut and uppercut, increases his punch output, and developes a walking left hook he'd be the most dangerous man in the division.
