Is Ali's win over Foreman a tad over rated?

Not really that hard to exploit it though... maybe for the heavyweights it was.
But the hw division had always been very shallow compared to other divisions.

Most skilled and hw just doesn't connect.

 

Cus D'Amato advised Ali to let Foreman know that he was in a fight early on. Muhammad certainly did that !

 

dunno about cus taking the credit. ali did it in the liston rematch - went straight over to liston and nailed him with a right hand to show him who's boss.

 

Ali came out with right leads, which supposedly confounded Foreman.

I read that someone had suggested that to Ali- don't recall who.
