seems like they've changed their tune now, since before they said they would have to be allowed to test up until the last second.

Anyways their integrity is already compromised since Pacquiao agreed to independant testing from another agency but for some odd reason Floyd is refusing that.

Corruption can breed at all levels. If it was some independant Filipino drug testing agency who would be administering the tests for a fight in Manilla and that Pacquiao was refusing to have anyone else administer the tests, I would tell Floyd to tell everyone to **** right off.

    What would you think?

I haven't heard that- the reason Pac doesn't want USADA doing the testing is their inflexibility. The three sticking points are this:

1)They reserve the right to do testing all up through the weigh-in and just before the fight.

2)They can test at all hours of the day, meaning they'd be within their rights to wake him up at 2 or 3 in the morning to test him, which can disrupt the flow of camp.

    3) USADA doesn't want to budge on those issues because it doesn't want to set a precedent that they'll have different testing for different sports. They would never agree to something that said they could only test between 9 am and 6 pm.

    From De la hoya's blog:

First of all, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency agreed that they won’t take blood from the fighters 48 hours before the fight as some people seem to think. They’re going to take only a few tablespoons through random testing in the three months leading up to the fight.

Well, they won't detect anything if that's the case, because EPO and other things could be ingested and out before the next test.

according to you this bull**** is nothing but "an idiotic conspiracy theory". No need to test with the USADA to put it to bed, at least not in your eyes.

The USADA have already stated themselves that they will not budge on their testing procedure. DLH is speaking out of his ass again.

If the USADA changes the test to accommodate one athlete they open up the door for all athlete or they lose credibility.

What are the current USADA's testing procedures, in terms of how long before an athlete performs that they stop testing(preferably with a source if possible, as a lot of this is confusing to me, and I'd like to read up on it and I'm still searching their website for the relevant info)
