Allan Green was picked to fight in the S6 instead of Taylor. The man is 30 years old and his toughest opponent so far is Edison Miranda. A fight he lost pretty clearly on points... Allan Green has fought 29 fights so far, but never 12 rounds??? I personally think he will be blown away in his two upcoming fights.
Ward is going to school him for 12 rounds and Kessler will win on stoppage. Thoughts?

  2. Well...he wasn't really 'picked' to replace Taylor. Allan Green and Sakio Bika were supposed to fight in an eliminator to decide who replaced Taylor, Bika pulled out of the eliminator and Green won the spot by default.

Ward will destroy him & their is nothing he, nor his feet will be able to do about it.

I don't think he's as bad as some people on here make him out to be. I don't think he'll win either fight but I don't think he'll be an easy KO for Kessler either. I think he could take a few rounds of Kessler but will lose on points. I agree Ward could school him though.

Once Taylor pulled out the s6 he was as good an option to replace him as anyone else I can think of that would have been interested.

He's definitely being tossed aside way too fast. Which Allan Green will show up against Ward ? The first 5 rounds are crucial for Green. If he can somehow get Ward to respect his power early on, it may change the fight from a one sided affair to a much closer bout.

Green will KO Ward and lose to Kessler.
Everyone will be confused when trying to decide a winner of the Super 6.

Yeah I heard about the eliminator, but never really believed it would happen. When you watch 360 degrees on showtime it seems like Green is getting in because Dibella lost a man and the gains a new one and because Green is American.

How many years has it been since Green really looked good in a fight?

Green is probably as ready as he will ever be. Replacing Taylor gave him the opportunity to cash in on two pay days that will both be better than anything he earned in the past.

    Beat me to it.

The time is now for Green. Don't think he'll go far though.
