Amir is one the best fighters out there, he has come along way since the Prescott fight, Kevin Mitchell run rings around Prescott and won an easy decision. Khan withstood Maidana for 12 rounds, fighting Prescott would be a backward step. And in all honesty why does Prescott deserve a shot at Khan's title? Khan has moved on and has become a better fighter, Prescott is still the same, he has just lived off the Khan win, if he was as great as people claim, then why hasn't he proved it since fighting Khan.
Most people said that against Maidana, people said that against Judah and people will continue to say it as Khan continues to fight, and they will be proved wrong over and over again. Khan may eventually lose by KO again, and it wouldn't be totally suprising, but people betting against him will lose a lot of money in the mean time. Prescott would be destroyed by Khan if they fight again. I think it would be an good fight to pass the time if Khan is waiting for a bigger opponent to be available.
I think Amir answered the whole chin question when he ate numerous flush shots from Midana. I think Ariza was a big part of improving the ability to absorb heavy shots on the chin by builiding up his lower body and improving his conditioning.
Amir is right inbetween PAC and Floyd in terms of labling his character. he can be very nice and respectful to his opponents and then turn around and be as outlandish and cocky as Floyd.....minus the flying off the hinge and catching charges.
