you are probably right, although i'm not sure who I want to win with him and peterson. The only thing thats annoying really is the fact he is trying to make us all believe brook doesn't want it and if he is offered it will turn it down, that doesn't seem to be the case at all. You are right though, at the moment brook is high risk for little reward, but in a couple of fights time that may not be the case.

 

As well as Hatton, he has in the past spoke of fighting Brook, too. He’s probably only given Hatton credit because he doesn’t get along with Brook, and so would rather not give Brook any attention off his name. He appears to be continuing to do that despite Brook winning, which is to be expected, really. Brook and Hearn are knobs towards him, and he’s only returning the favour. You probably haven’t been watching the sport for long if you fail to recognize that’s how rival boxers act towards one another (especially if one’s the bigger name who feels the other is just screaming for attention).

And it’s foolish to suggest that, in just four days of emerging as a decent opponent for him, and being in a division he hasn’t even entered in yet, whilst he [Khan] is still preparing for a much tougher challenge this May, he has Khan running scared of him. This fight is still a good 9-12 months away from happening, so during that time, expect a lot of "You ain't on my level" type talk from Khan. It's standard. It don't mean anything.
