yeah....before i got injured in the gym (i done my shoulder) i went from 13 stone to 14 stone in just over 2 month from eating right and doing 2 hours in the gym every day........one day weights and one day cardio.... my shoulder is now sorted....3 month and one stone less of muscle later im back on the weights!!!
