Is Andre Berto the only top flight boxer without a nickname?

    I can't think of anyone else who doesn't have a nickname, even if it's one they're not really known as but is just announced in the ring. Why did he not take one?

    Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.

    Yeah, Cotto is one of those dudes that never goes by his nickname, and you wouldn't necessarily know it, but I think they announce it in the ring.

    I think he's the Tijuana Tornado or something like that. Although they ridiculously always announce him as "Antonio Tooonnnny Margarito," which sounds really dumb.

    Yeah, actually now that I think about it they don't call him "junito" in the ring, they say "Miguel Angel Cotto" where Angel I guess serves as a nickname, at least the placeholder for one, although obviously it's his middle name.
