Odlanier Solis got over a million to fight Vitali and I'm pretty sure he got overpaid as a prospect because Oner wanted him. I don't think he had a second fight purse that big though.

You are right. I figured he would have with the Tyson fight but his purse was only 30k. I forgot to factor in the age at which Tyson fought him and that Tyson wasn't a huge star yet.

That's an overstatement. Berto beat basically prime versions of Quintana, Collazo, Freddie Hernandez, Urango, and Zaveck. Khan may very well have been knocked out at least once if he had to face Urango and Hernandez.

Khan's best wins are probably slipping versions of Zab and Alexander and squeaking by Maidana who was basically on Urango's level at the time of the fight.
