Is Andre Michael Ward An ATG...???

I consider GGG an ATG middleweight.

Ward is an ATG 168 fighter.....do you honestly feel that Kessler/Froch and Kovalev equate to an ATG?

 

Do you consider calzaghe a atg? What about Zoo? Yes froch is an atg Kessler no.

 

Froch isn't an ATG at all....in FACT how can you claim Froch to be one and Kessler not.

ATG IS subjective but I rate Calzaghe above Ward, underated resume, just as good top wins and he had longevity.

I rate Tszyu as an ATG 140....NO doubt you don't but I bet you rate Aaron Pryor.

 

I thought froch beat Kessler in both fights and only lost to ward so that's why I think he's an atg. I love calazaghe and thibk hes an atg but his resume isnt better than froch or ward. Pryor is an atg at 140 but most see him as a top 100 atg.

 

If Pryor is in a top 100 ATG I think Tszyu should be too in that case.

Again it's subjective but as I've said before in other threads for me if Ward hadn't retired and faced a Gvozdyk, a Beterbiev or a Bivol....hell even Stevenson and won he'd be a certified lock.

I just don't see how him having 5 fights at 175 and his super 6 reign qualifies him to be spoken along side even your modern ATG's like Pac, Floyd, Mosley, ODLH etc.

Having said that a top 100 fighters list of all time he probablywould and should make so I could be wrong.

Why don't you ask the 3G or calzaghe fans who say that why they think it. Kosyta Tszyu is a HOFer, not an ATG.

Ward is definitely a HOFer. But not an ATG. There's a difference dude.

When will people like you learn that the whole purpose of the Super 6 was to showcase the co-favorites who were Kessler and Abraham to the American public in hopes that they would become stars here. Both Abraham and Kessler wanted to fight here in America in the Super 6.

 

Of course 3G's not an ATG. If you are asking that question to someone, then you're probably being trolled dude.

But to be honest, I don't even know what people consider an ATG anymore. It's become too vague and opinion based, just like P4P criteria.

If it's about some top 100 list, that doesn't fly either.

 

RJJ is the best fighter to have fought at 168 when he fought there. Sugar Ray Leonard was a shell of himself.

Andre is the best fighter to have a sustained career at 168 IMO.
