lol You don't come across as being completely objective to me. Ward did fight at smw for years and he did move up and beat Kovalev at lhw. You need to take a chill pill. This stuff is not that serious.
Hes trying to argue Ward was a LHW because he fought at LHW in the amateurs. Thats pushing an agenda since amateur weight classes are different than pro weight classes. The guys that are always crying about "agendas" are usually the ones with the agenda themselves.
I know but which are Wards top 3 wins that are better than Kovalev and where do you rank Kovalev in the grand scheme of Wards best wins?
**** my old boots, that’s the pot calling the kettle black LMFAO. I always know I’m doing correct when I disagree or find fault with a post that you like LOL.
I guess you didn't read my post accurately. I said that Ward had at least three wins that were better than Kovalev's best win. If you disagree, list Kovalev's best win and I will name three wins by Ward that are better.
I’m actually not arguing, I’m interested in who you actually think is and Wards, CST has just done a good topic on Kov/Froch and Kessler and I’m interested on where Froch/Kessler fall in with your top 3 Ward wins.
I’ve always thought that any version of Hopkins bar Smith would beat Froch and Kessler but that’s just my opinion, also Froch and Kessler’s best names on their respective records are each other. Not going to disagree too much though Froch has some weird God like resume appeal on this forum. Wards domination of Froch is one of my favourite fights to watch.
I thought the version of Hopkins that fought Kovalev was just there to cash a check. I don't disagree with any of your assessments in this post. Who's an atg and who should get in the hof is completely subjective. I don't see why people take it personally when your opinion differs from theirs.
the implication you are making is that he moved down or stayed down at smw to avoid LHW? Clearly you arent aware that LHW in the amateurs crosses over with SMW in pro ranks, because the am and pro limits are different for LHW. So you can be an am LHW and then a pro SMW without changing your own weight. Nor is any deliberate weight loss needed here to avoid the division above going from am to pro. thats ok, you didnt know. But you been educated now, dont make the mistake again (u norti boy).
